Welcome to our stunning ocean-view home, perfect for families and groups seeking a memorable vacation. This property is designed with comfort and convenience in mind, ensuring a relaxing stay for everyone. As you enter, you'll immediately feel at home. The reverse floor plan places three of the bedrooms on the first floor, making it easy to settle in and start your vacation. Bedrooms Master Bedroom The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a brand-new firm hybrid mattress. It also has an ensuite bathroom with a separate toilet for added privacy. Bath towels and complimentary soap are provided. Bedroom Two This room offers a king-size bed with a medium-firm hybrid mattress, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Bedroom Three Ideal for families, this bedroom includes a queen-size bed and bunk beds, accommodating multiple kids or additional guests. Bedroom Four This cozy room has a twin bed and a dedicated workspace with a desk, monitor, mouse pad, and keyboard for your convenience. Sleeping Arrangements Bedroom 1: King Bed Master Bedroom with Ensuite Bathroom Bedroom 2: Queen Bed and Bunk Bed Bedroom 3: King Bed Guest Room Bedroom 4: Twin Bed Additional sleeping space: Pull-out sofa and one queen air mattress, accommodating up to 4 extra guests All beds come with premium cotton white linens, and every room includes a Roku Smart TV. Living Room The living room provides plenty of seating with two couches and a lounging chair with an ottoman. One of the couches is a pull-out for extra sleeping space if needed. Dining The dining area includes a large table that seats eight and a smaller round table that seats four. Kitchen The kitchen is a highlight, with stunning quartz countertops, craftsman-style cabinetry, and an island plus a large peninsula for additional seating. It is fully equipped with all appliances, dinnerware, and ceramic cookware you'll need. Coffee Bar Located in the dining area, the coffee bar comes with complimentary coffee pods and sugar-free syrups. Parking Our carport can accommodate up to five (5) vehicles and is monitored by security cameras for your safety. The North Topsail Beach police department will ticket cars illegally parked in the street. Outdoor Shower After a day at the beach, rinse off in our brand-new luxury outdoor shower, designed for your convenience and comfort. Essentials We provide all bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels for your convenience. Typically, we have the beds dressed and ready for you before you arrive. However, if you prefer the bed linens to be left wrapped from the cleaners, please let us know in advance.
